L'IA generativa è entrata nei nostri uffici con la stessa rapidità silenziosa con cui, oltre trent'anni fa, sono arrivati i computer. Cambia il lavoro alle radici. Ma le narrazioni dominanti - entusiasmo tecnologico da una parte, allarmismo dall'altra - sono lontane da quello che davvero accade alla scrivania di chi tiene in piedi la pubblica amministrazione italiana.
L'intelligenza artificiale, applicata al lavoro pubblico, è un amplificatore: rende più potente quello che già c'è. Se c'è competenza, la moltiplica. Se c'è disattenzione, la rende più dannosa. La differenza non è nello strumento - è in chi lo usa, e in come lo usa.
