Dentro di Te è un albo illustrato di mindfulness per bambini pensato per aiutare i più piccoli a riconoscere e accogliere ciò che provano. È ideale come libro sulle emozioni per bambini (sentimenti 3-6 anni), per la scuola dell'infanzia e i primi anni di scuola primaria, e si inserisce perfettamente tra i libri mindfulness bambini che sostengono lo sviluppo dell'intelligenza emotiva.

La mindfulness è la pratica di prestare attenzione a ciò che accade qui e ora, dentro di noi e intorno a noi. I bambini spesso vivono emozioni e pensieri in modo così intenso che un momento di tristezza può farli sentire come se fossero quella tristezza. Qui entra in gioco la pratica del Noting: una forma semplice di mindfulness per bambini che li aiuta a osservare il proprio mondo interiore.
Con il Noting, possono:
- Notare un pensiero e lasciarlo andare.
- Sentire un'emozione intensa e lasciarla fluire, come un'onda.
- Osservare un ricordo mentre si sistema sulle mensole della loro mente.
Possiamo aiutare i bambini a capire che hanno dei pensieri, ma non sono i loro pensieri; provano emozioni, ma non sono le loro emozioni; ricordano delle cose, ma non sono definiti dai loro ricordi.

RECENSIONE:
Un viaggio intimo per attraversare i pensieri, le emozioni e i ricordi che germogliano in noi e addolcire il frastuono delle sensazioni che si provano coltivando la capacità di riconoscere le esperienze interiori, di familiarizzare con esse per poterle accogliere con serenità .
Presentare ai bambini il concetto di coscienza non è mai stato così gentile e accessibile, un luogo dove i pensieri, le emozioni e i ricordi vanno e vengono ma il sé rimane con noi oltre il tempo facendoci sentire a casa ovunque andiamo. Un modo dolce e delicato per avvicinarli con curiosità al loro animo e mondo introspettivo.
