Roberto Aiello (Monaco, 1981). In adolescenza ha già le idee chiare sul suo futuro: esplorare il mondo. Lavora nel settore dell'ospitalità vivendo per brevi periodi in diversi Paesi, ma si accorge che non sa quasi niente della sua terra d'origine; decide dunque di partire alla scoperta della Calabria.
Giuseppina Mazzei (Catanzaro, 1987). Dopo i primi anni d'infanzia nella Bassa padana torna con la famiglia nel paese paterno, in Calabria. Qui scopre la passione per i versi e per la prosa. Ha insegnato filosofia e storia, ora si divide tra il lavoro di ricerca per un'università finlandese e la stesura dei suoi manoscritti.

Ogni tappa del suo viaggio è arricchita da note e riferimenti bibliografici, offrendo al lettore la possibilità di approfondire ulteriormente la storia e le tradizioni di questa Regione.
Roberto Aiello, nato a Monaco nel 1981, aveva già una chiara visione del suo futuro da giovane: esplorare il mondo. Il suo viaggio è una testimonianza appassionata di un uomo che riscopre le sue radici e si connette profondamente con la sua terra.
Accanto a Roberto c'è Giuseppina Mazzei, nata a Catanzaro nel 1987. Cresciuta in Calabria, ha coltivato la passione per la poesia e la prosa. Con un background nell'insegnamento di filosofia e storia, ora si divide tra la ricerca per un'università finlandese e la stesura dei suoi manoscritti. La sua presenza e la sua sensibilità letteraria arricchiscono ulteriormente il libro, aggiungendo una prospettiva unica alla narrazione.
