Let me humbly introduce myself. I am an Indian non-Muslim medical doctor with 35 years of medical practice with the last 12 yrs in a reputed UAE hospital. I have seen thousands of Arabic and muslim patients who gave me so much respect, affection and motivation for practice. Slowly over the years, I learnt some Arabic, about Islam, read holy Quran and ahadith for teachings of our beloved Prophet PBUH. I was so impressed by the treasure of wisdom in it that I studied in depth from the health aspect and combined it with modern science. I was absolutely amazed to see that what modern medicine has discovered over the last few years was included in the holy Quran, Islamic wisdom and teachings of our beloved Prophet PBUH 1400 years ago. I am sure this wisdom can be used by patients in addition to medical advice for improving quality of life and reducing suffering from disease. This book is my polite effort to combine the both and place before readers for mind body health. if you like it they are blessings of Allah, if there is any shortcoming then it is by me, kindly forgive me for the same.
