The Invisible Monster: Anxiety

While the field of Mental Health continues to grow, the research on childhood Anxiety Disorder follows. Many individuals believe that it is a very mild diagnosis in children, and it is often overlooked. However, this is not always the case as it can often impact daily living. The Invisible Monster is the story of a young girl who is trying to navigate her life while dealing with anxiety disorder. She attends school every day, engages with peers, and finally experiences her first anxiety attack in the middle of class. In return, she is forced to develop a plan for overcoming this problem and coping with this difficult time in her life.
