Frank, a boat hull builder, had finished 15 fast boat hulls for the Amazon Basin Authority out of the new carbon fiber construction. His fiberglass hulls were the very best and usually rose up and planed out quicker than the competition. Planing out at a lower speed meant quicker to max speed and less fuel used, faster and more efficient and the Amazon Basin Authority wants the Amazon River free of the drug trade and the cartels used fast boats. Frank's chief engineer gave the Amazon Basin Authority the data on Insane Marine and 30 motors were purchased and built up by Insane Marine for the boats.
