Initiation into Hermeticism known in the ancient mystery schools as the Adept program is one of the oldest on the planet, it is a unique way to enhance the connection with the Light, to increase contact with the Hierarchy of Light. In a collo colloquial sense, it represents a beginning: the beginning of a process that the initiate himself must complete.
Initiation into Hermeticism is an Ancestral Ritual that has been used by mystics, shamans, and all schools of authentic spirituality on Earth.
Initiation is the process of transmitting to another person the contact or connection to this energetic-informational flow of the Hermetic school. With the amplification of potencies, which is due to going through initiation and connecting to this energy source of the school, comes the responsibility to serve, to teach, to initiate others into this source of knowledge and wisdom.
Within the Great Universal Brotherhood of White Light there are three stages, according to human needs on earth. As a school of spirituality, which we dedicate and consecrate our actions to the teaching of mysticism and esoteric knowledge, we offer all three levels of initiation which represent the paths of ascent up the Tree of Life and Knowledge.
These three degrees also have a specific practical significance, and for this reason they play a substantial role in much of the material that we will cover in
Hermetic Institute. The initiation of the first degree establishes an etheric connection, a link of light, between the candidate and the balanced energies of the macrocosm. The Second Degree Initiation uses this link to raise the levels of experience, helping the candidate to come into more direct contact with the higher levels of the universe and of the self in order to assimilate, integrate and manifest them on the physical plane. Third Degree Initiation reverses the process and brings these higher potencies down to every level of the self, including the physical body, bringing each level into harmony with the others, while at the same time enabling the candidate to disseminate the knowledge received and the mystical experience lived.
