The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of strategic security leadership that build sustainable and acceptable institutional system alongside in managing security threats with professionalism and institutional loyal to the citizenship without affected by behavior and experience of elected or selected political government.Ethiopia has patriotic strategic leader Performed major political and historic-cultural symbols of citizenship identity. Some of the challenges of the Ethiopian former Strategic leadership was dismantling Defense security and build in line with political ideology orientation of historical narratives and Ethiopia National Interest was affected. The preliminary finding showed that there were lack of sustainable and acceptable institutional system of strong Strategic leadership for security that maintain professional defense security with neutrality to keep national sovereignty of Ethiopia at national regional perspective.
