Our study focuses on The Impact of Conflict Transformation Interventions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo: The Case of South Kivu Province. We began with the observation that South Kivu Province-one of the eastern provinces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which has experienced several wars and atrocities- has not always managed to stabilize despite numerous conflict transformation interventions carried out by both the Congolese government and its international and national partners. Yet all these interventions could certainly have had an impact on the stabilization of South Kivu Province, but this is not the case, as the situation has remained unchanged in terms of security, the democratic process, return, reintegration, and resettlement, gender-based sexual violence, and cross-border dynamics. This has led us to ask the following question: What about the relevance and effectiveness of conflict transformation interventions carried out in South Kivu Province? What are the real causes of instability in South Kivu Province?...
