Black Bear and his friends-Yellow Bird, Red Squirrel, Green Grasshopper, Gray Wolf, Little Raccoon, Painted Pony and Brown Moose-love playing together in the beautiful outdoors. They are the best of friends! One day when they are all playing, they discover that they don't agree on an idea. This causes the good friends to argue and almost get into a fight. But with the help of Wise Old Owl, they learn how to listen to each other. Then they find that when they listen, they can work together to find a solution to any problem big or small.
This book is an exceptional teaching and learning experience for kids from 5 to 8. But its messages apply to any age, including adults. It teaches about listening to each other, hearing what is being said, expressing your thoughts and then arriving at a great solution together.
The illustrations are amazing. They are colorful, fun and help to convey the message. As a bonus, there are free coloring pages that can be downloaded. This will also help kids engage with the book.
Kids, parents and teachers will love this book. The lessons will last a lifetime!
