I had to examine the roles I carried, the patterns I repeated, the boundaries I needed, the apologies I owed, the beliefs I had never challenged, and the places where survival had quietly become part of my personality.
And I discovered something: accountability is not the enemy of grace.
This is not about tearing yourself down. It is about becoming honest enough to recognize what God is trying to heal, correct, strengthen, and prepare in you.
Through faith, personal reflection, Scripture, Mirror Moments, and practical accountability, I invite you to examine identity, anxiety, triggers, boundaries, relationships, leadership, integrity, purpose, and the courage to get help when you need it.
You can love people without losing yourself. You can serve without disappearing. You can honor where you came from without repeating everything you learned there.
Maybe the next woman God is asking you to help is the one looking back at you in the mirror.
It is time to face her.
