These stories are written to help children attune to their inner light, awaken their imagination, and embrace a conscious way of living filled with love, wonder, and acceptance.
In Volume 3, I Feel Something in My Heart (But I Don't Know What It Is), children are invited to explore the world of feelings and emotions. Inspired by the author's own journey of being highly sensitive, this story helps little ones understand that emotions are real, important, and safe to express, even when they don't yet have the words.
Too often, children struggle to explain what they're feeling, and their emotions may be misunderstood or dismissed by adults. Through this gentle story, kids learn that they can simply place a hand on their heart and say, My heart hurts, and I feel like a hug would make it better. With this language, caregivers and children can connect more deeply, bringing balance and understanding to relationships.
By giving children a voice for their inner world, this story validates their sensitivity and creates space for healing, communication, and love.
This series was born from my own journey as a mother, grandmother, and spiritual teacher. Over the years, I've seen how deeply children feel the world and how often their most important questions are met with silence or answers that don't honor their sensitivity. These books are my way of offering gentle, soulful answers that affirm their wisdom, their curiosity, and the divine spark within them. It is my hope that families will read them together and that both children and adults will feel comfort, inspiration, and love in these pages.
