On BB Boulevard, children are not afraid of thunderstorms. When thunderstorms roll into their community they know Judge Boom, the neighborhood bully monitor, is busy busting bullies and bad behaviors.

In House 323, lives Shamus Giggleback. Shamus does not get into trouble or break any rules, but he always seems to know where there is trouble and does nothing to stop it. Shamus Giggleback is not just a bystander to many mean antics, he also stands around laughing and jeering with the crowd as someone gets hurt. Shamus does not think he is doing anything wrong because he does not start the teasing or the pranks, but he also does nothing to help those in need. In House 323, Shamus learns that his laughing and jeering causes just as much harm and gives bullies the attention that makes them thrive and continue to hurt others. With the help of Judge Boom, Shamus learns the effects of his actions and ways to help others.

This is the third book in the BB Boulevard series. In each book, you will meet Erinn, Obie, Shamus, May-Lin, Raji, and Blayre - each of the fun-loving characters who pose their own unique shortcomings and tales of understanding. Each book is filled with vibrant illustrations depicting a community rich in diversity and adventure. Children find reflections of themselves and their friends in the stories, prompting deep, thought-filled conversations of introspect with parents, guardians, and teachers. After reading BB Boulevard book, children innately apply the lessons learned in the books to their daily interactions.

BB Boulevard books were created to stop bullies before they become bullies, by building self-awareness and guiding children in how to address bad behaviors in themselves and others.
