High School Pop StarAll she wanted was a normal life, but what she got was something far more sinister than she could have imagined. High School Pop Star is the first book in the young adult horror series Scratch. Sky has been living life in the fast lane as a teenage pop star for the last two years, but something doesn't feel quite right. She realizes that she needs to make some changes to the pace of her life. She wants to go to a school where she recognizes the people that she meets each day, she wants real classes with other students, and she wants friends who can see past her fame to get to know the real her. Something far more sinister lurks in the halls of her new high school, however. She has no idea what lays in wait for her as she begins to make a new friend named Jennifer and takes an interest in a boy on the football team named Larry. Whatever lurks the halls of her new high school remains close by as she and her newfound friends attend a party thrown by another student. Bitten by a demon, Sky finds that she's beginning to change into something she doesn't recognize. No longer needing to eat or sleep, she finds that she's not alone. Nearly half of the student body at her school has been bitten by a demon and left to change into something monstrous. It seems as though there may not be any hope for the students until Larry gets a hold of some information that could change everything. Alameda High School seems to have a much bigger story to tell, and it's anything but the normal teenage experience Sky had longed for. Buy your copy of High School Pop Star today and find out!
