More than a decade ago, there was a young woman who wrestled with self-confidence, who could not see her life making any kind of impact and or difference in the world. Over time, as she faced the challenges, expectations and demands of daily living as a young wife and mother, budding minister and mentor, and committed sister and friend, she was finally able to discover and embrace her true spiritual identity.
Take a ride on the rollercoaster of emotional highs and lows with Dorothy as she traversed the challenging course of this thing we call life and learn how she found affirmation, confidence, and assurance through the marvelous and miraculous love of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Hidden in the Cleft of His glory, she began to fully understand and accept how and who He had created her to be.
In this inspiring and relatable piece, Chaplain Dee, as she is affectionately called by many, shares her personal journey of discovery of this wonderful and true identity found only in Jesus Christ. You will laugh and, at times, you will cry as you dive into her raw truths. But in the end, you will find both hope and inspiration for your spiritual journey of discovering who you are in Christ.
This is my love song to Him! (Psalm 63:3)
