Here's To Many More, is a poetry book dedicated to the many seasons of love and embracing deep emotions while acknowledging how feelings change in nuanced and subtle ways. Each poem comes from a memory, a feeling, an answer to a question, or a challenge to write more. Originally written on napkins and in between pages of notes to be found on a later date, these poems are a celebration in no particular order of me and my partner's four years of college at Rutgers University. We cherished our four years there and look forward to many more together. That being said, every relationship requires work, communication, time, and most important of all, love.
Each illustration is personally sketched and recognizes the belongings and memories that will remain dear to us. With that in mind, before turning the page, take a moment to reflect on your own belongings. Often, we forget to recognize and appreciate the value and elicited evocation something has before it is gone.
