Society is blind to certain cultures and misconceptions surface in many areas. Fear is the result to the misinformed, but knowledge is power. I share this life experience and believe it to be a stepping stone to society as a whole. This book was written to eradicate myths about the disabled and bring acknowledgement to society that all people should be treated the same - no matter what their conditions are. Everyone should have equal rights and have a sense of belonging to this world without being falsely labeled, ridiculed, or shunned.
