The Humid Way is a book written by Edward Kelly that explores the concept of the vegetable menstruum of the planet Saturn. The book is a discourse on alchemy, which was a popular subject during the time period in which it was written. The vegetable menstruum refers to a substance believed to be present in plants that could be used in alchemical processes to create the philosopher's stone, a substance believed to have the power to transmute base metals into gold and to grant immortality. Kelly's book discusses the properties of this substance and its potential uses in alchemy. The book is written in a style that is typical of alchemical texts of the time, using complex and symbolic language to convey its ideas. It is a fascinating glimpse into the world of alchemy and the beliefs of those who practiced it in the past.THIS 62 PAGE ARTICLE WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE BOOK: Alchemical Writings of Edward Kelly, by Edward Kelly.
