A house and a truth that comes too late
The House Where Time Ends is a theatrical work of an existential and profoundly human nature that explores the consequences of silence, guilt, absence and the impossibility of recovering what time has taken.
In an old house next to a railway station, a clock remains stopped for twenty-three years. There, ELÍAS has built an existence around the memory of his wife, CLARA, and a loss that he has never been able to understand. The arrival of SOFIA, his daughter, and the unexpected return of SAMUEL, Clara's brother, open the doors to a family history that for decades remained hidden.

There, ELÍAS has built an existence around the memory of his wife, CLARA, and a loss that he has never been able to understand. The arrival of SOFIA, his daughter, and the unexpected return of SAMUEL, Clara's brother, open the doors to a family history that for decades remained hidden.
As the letters, memories, and silenced truths come to light, each character must confront an essential question: what do we do with what we can no longer change?
The house progressively becomes more than just a physical space. It is the refuge of memories, the prison of the living and the stage where each character must decide whether they will continue to inhabit the past or dare to start over.
The station represents departure and return; the clock stopped, time suspended by pain; and Clara's room, the life of a woman whose history had been reduced to the absence she left.
Without resorting to great scenographic displays, the work proposes a theatre of atmospheres, silences, objects and human confrontations. Its dramatic strength lies in the word, in what the characters dare to say and, above all, in what they were unable to pronounce for years.
Through five acts, the play leads the viewer from the confinement of memory to the possibility of an imperfect, but real, freedom.
He does not offer absolute forgiveness or miraculous reparation. His characters do not make up for lost years or manage to transform death into a second chance. They learn, however, that acknowledging the truth can be the first step to stop living under it.
The House Where Time Ends speaks of families who love each other without knowing how to understand each other, of the dead who continue to inhabit the consciousness of the living and of those who, after losing almost everything, discover that it is still possible to begin.
It is, in short, a work about the difficult learning of saying goodbye, about the responsibility of living and about that discreet hope that appears when we stop asking the past to give us back what we were.
Because a house can disappear.
A life can end or begin again.
