ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Kelechi Igwe surrendered his life to Jesus Christ in November 1991. In 1995, he experienced a life-changing baptism in the Holy Spirit while studying Robert Tilton's book ''Have Ye Received the Holy Ghost since Ye Believed''- a dramatic encounter that has remained etched in his memory.

The Hostility of the Mission Field is an attempt to present the challenges and struggles the author faced in responding to and to fulfil the call of God upon his life. It is a seven chapter document that tried to trace the hostility surrounding the assignment of God upon the author to his birth, and to chronicle notable other challenges he actually faced in the mission field. It is a documentation of his missionary experimentation intended to encourage field men and women and intended missionaries that victory is assured by Christ Jesus.

Every experience in the Mission has a purpose that ultimately contribute to the advancement of the Kingdom Project. It is the opinion of the author that all things work for the good of they that love God and who are called according to His purpose. The book captures experiences that look threatening but have in them salvation potentials because they were the path mapped out by heaven for the author to go through. The Book has been prayerfully put together that God by Christ Jesus will help impart readers and the church at large.
