This work analyses the context of the reconstruction of the Dutch Colony School since the arrival of Dutch immigrants in Arapoti-PR in the early 1960s, seeking to identify the factors that contributed to their departure from their homeland and their arrival in Brazil; the school's concept of education and the role of managers in building its identity. We are aware that the search for data carried out by this research does not end here. Therefore, through a local perspective, the education of Dutch immigrants in Arapoti-PR, it is hoped that this research will not only encourage new research on Dutch immigration, but also contribute to the expansion of knowledge in the area of Brazilian Education History.
