Life being very different today that it was even fifty years ago we have endeavored to bring to all of you a glimpse of what it was and perhaps to some of you refresh rememberances of former years. We may have omitted some things that should have been included and may have included some things that should have been omitted but we hope, as you read, your interest in what we have done will give you the tolerance to forgive mistakes (spelling, grammar, names misplaced, or whatever) that have escaped us.
