The innovative etude book, part of Revel's video game-inspired DragonScales series, draws inspiration from role-playing games, leading players on a mystical journey filled with dragons and magical realms. The complete book includes 25 etudes accompanied by audio play-along recordings, challenging players with technical passages, extended techniques, theory workbooks, and improvisation as the hero character battles to slay evil.
Since publishing all nine Hero Levels etude books and recording the complete set of Demo Play-Throughs, Revel has created The Hero Levels Original Soundtrack-an album that brings the story to life through music, even for those who don't play an instrument.
