I was born in the early 50s, the second child of seven in Madera Ca. We were a poor family and moved around a lot following the fruit or we picked cotton in Oklahoma and Texas. I didn't start to write until later in my life, however I've always made up stories in my head for my own entertainment and to share with others. My husband encouraged me to write down one of my story so I tried it and the stories came along so easy. I'm having such fun writing Poems and short stories and now even a few novels. I live in a small town outside of Salem Oregon and I'm married to a wonderful man; he's a musician and songwriter an artist as well. We have two grown boys who have given us wonderful grandchildren.
