In a land where women are limited by rules and religion, an Iranian girl dares to love. A man with mesmerizing hazel eyes invites her to a forbidden territory. Their secret meetings are exciting and his touch takes her to the edge. Fariba knows she has to keep it all a secret. Her culture, her religion and most importantly her parents wouldn't understand. Nor allow it.

When she finds out her father has accepted a marriage proposal on her behalf, she confesses that her heart belongs to another man. But for eighteen years old fariba, the game has just begun. It is the beginning of a nightmare, a place where God fail to exist; a time when surviving is all that matters.

Fariba witnesses the horror of the War as her dreams shatter and her country bleeds. Catastrophes brought by War have taken everything. Fariba's world has changed and so has she. When she is about to lose the only thing she has, in a moment when she can risk all there is, Fariba unleashes the woman inside. She must pay a high price and the punishment doesn't fit the crime. Her heart is an ocean which holds secrets deep enough not to surface anytime soon. In her dreams she holds on onto the only man she ever loved. In her reality she longs to reunite with her daughter.

This is a life where one's strength is put to the test repeatedly; this is a woman who won't be forgotten.
