Ebba was one lucky woman. She had won the lottery and had enough cash to buy what she had always wanted, a manor house. And it was perfect, there was nothing she had to do. It had been sold off for a song really as it came newly refurbished, fully fitted out and tastefully decorated. Even the basement had been put to good use with a spa room, and a massage room. The one room that gave her pause was the history room. Although tastefully done, the ancient shackles on the old stone walls sent shudders up her spine. Still, the manor had a colourful history, by all accounts.
When she heard a woman's voice, she put it down to imagination. When the temperature dropped to freezing, well - stone walls do that, don't they? Even when her sink filled with red water it was because the pipes were rusty. But when doors vanished from hallways, stairwells appeared and disappeared Ebba had no explanation. Trapped in the manor with no escape Ebba must face the age old secret of the manor. Will Ebba vanquish the powerful entity that dwells within, or will Ebba be consumed in the deathly game that is being played out?
