Hamburger Recipes

Hello Ann! I've purchased several of your previous recipe books and I've always been fascinated with the varieties you are able to come up with. I have searched high and low for a cookbook that focuses on hamburger, as that serves as a staple here on the homestead. We raise beef cattle, and it would be nice to spice up some old dishes and try a few new!

Hamburger is a staple here at the Sullivan household as well. My grandparents both raised beef cattle, that's how my folks originally met, so we had plenty of hamburger growing up, and we still have half a freezer full of packaged hamburger any day of the year.

It took me a little while to compile the recipes in this book. Being a hamburger fan, I felt it necessary to try each of these recipes before giving them space on these pages. The recipes you find here will definitely spice up some older dishes, and entice you to sample a few new platters I have put together. I hope you enjoy!
