Life begins in the prison of this world,
And ends in that same confinement.
Yet everyone believes-or wants to believe
That they are free.
But we are among those
Who don't even know
Whether we are free or imprisoned...
All we know is that we are alive.
Because it's possible
That the one who believes they're free
Might actually be living every moment in captivity.
And the one who believes they are imprisoned-Might be the one who is truly the freest.
I created a way to express my love:
I turned waiting for her into a habit.
I once promised myself freedom in life,
But then I made a prison -just for myself.
Facing time became easier,
When I formed an image of you in my mind.
So that she never regrets her choice,
I made my own condition
So broken... so silent.
