Life is probably like a drawing board stained with paint, requiring a strong color to acquire the sense of presence, and it can't be in want of the grayness that can move forward or backward, to endure the hardships of the long journey, without stubbornness, scramble, discouragement, or even pretensions. Grey phrases represent the expectation of the unknown, the relief of regrets, and the persistence to the light in the bottom of the heart. The words one wants to utter will not be forgotten after being recorded; the poems one intends to write, draw the outline of the years; the dreams one desires to dream can fill melancholy feelings. The author's paintbrush swept through the loneliness of the unspiritual world. She painted pale years with grayness. This book provides a resting space for heart and soul fond of quietness, telling stories with paintings and poems.
