This Greek Alphabet Primer is designed to introduce children ages 7-11 to the letters of the Greek alphabet. It teaches the Modern pronunciation that is used by the Orthodox Church, but the vocabulary words used for examples are taken from Biblical and liturgical Greek. The goal is to prepare children and families to learn to understand Greek as it is read and sung in Orthodox church services.
