This is a commentary on this wonderful book, delineating the presence of the Lord Jesus. (1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (2) He was with God in the beginning. (3) Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. (14) The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:1-3,14) (6) Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6) This editor thinks that Jesus is in every verse, but we are looking through a mirror, darkly.
