Our heroine's great grandma comes to visit. And when our heroine goes out the front door to play, Great Grandma tells her to always wait her turn, and when she is in a line waiting not to crowd others. Our heroine doesn't understand why her great grandma told her this, and so she goes about telling everyone she knows (beginning with the elephant) what her great grandma told her to find out if they have any thoughts on the subject. And in the end, she figures it out for herself!
Think about why you should wait your turn. as you practice reading skills and build reading word vocabulary through word recognition, word repetition and rhyme, all of which you will find on the pages of this fun, 'learn to read' book written and illustrated by award winning author, attorney and former teacher, Penelope Dyan.
But most of all, have fun as you learn; because learning must be (and should always be) fun, or a kid like you just won't love to learn! And when you are all finished traveling through this book, you can go to Bellissimavideo's YouTube channel; and you can watch the free, fun music video that goes with this book!
