He is the author and finisher of our life. It was my AHA moment that I dedicated my life to Jesus. I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. I decide not to chase anything for myself. I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me - the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace. It's a day to fulfill promise of God in Isaiah 61:3, to all who mourn, God will restore beauty for ashes, joy instead of mourning, and praise instead of despair.
