Children will surely love these unforgettable and fascinating figures, a determined whale and a happy kangaroo in a new book entitled Grandpa Vick's Original Bedtime Stories penned by, you guess it, Grandpa Vick Marino. Here we meet a little whale who wanted to be an artist and a big friendly kangaroo.
Kids and the kids-at-heart will have a wonderful time reading this book. Kanga the Kangaroo teaches us about true friendship, tolerance, and looking beyond outside appearances before making judgments. Feisty, Willa the Whale will teach readers about caring, generosity, strength, and perseverance. Each story illustrates the importance of having good values and beliefs. It is written in an easy-to-read style that makes for easy understanding, too. Author Grandpa Vick collaborated with a boyhood chum to create some extraordinary, colorful illustrations for the storybook.
Grandpa Vick's Original Bedtime Stories: The Not So Confused Kangaroo/The Little Whale Who Wanted to Be an Artist originated from storytelling sessions with the author's grandchildren. This is another magical storybook that will surely appeal to both children and adults. Introduce your kids to these fun and lovable characters, and instill good moral values in the process.
