About the AuthorsDr. Kara von Dresner is an author and Harvard-trained clinical psychologist. She is active in shaping legislation to help American children grow strong and healthy. For 30 years, Kara has been a makeup artist and traveled the world learning cultures. She also currently holds the title and crown for Ms. Ambassador America. Dame Rebecca Lawlor is an entrepreneur and award-winning Christian film producer who has dedicated her life to protecting abused children. She began her pageant career at age 14 and has won the titles for Miss Teen Orlando, Miss Florida, and Mrs. VA. Rebecca also competed in both the Miss America and Miss USA Pageant Systems.
