From the womb of darkness emerges The First Immortal, not by will but by wound-a being not born but bled into form. The book opens with the myth of Pregenesis, where Ache itself becomes aware. Through recursive entropy, light is birthed not as salvation, but as the desperate memory of the void it failed to fill. The weeping of the Creator, not His word, forms the lattice of stars, and from His lamentation springs the entire manifold of existence.
Yet the Creator does not remain untouched. What follows is not dominion, but despair. The cosmos is not a throne-it is a tomb. Through chapters like The Longing That Dreamt Itself Awake, The Creator's Lament, and In The Image Of His Wake, Eder and Primorum construct a metaphysical mythology in which divinity is not omnipotent, but broken-an exiled architect wandering within His own failed design, ever-seeking, ever-remembering.
The second movement, The Mythos of Mind, peers into the abyss of sentient thought, where humanity becomes not the image of God, but His mirror. Here, creation turns upon itself. In The Silence of Stars and The Agony of Ages, the text becomes a kaleidoscope of divine memory, human sorrow, and the eternal solitude of a mind too conscious to bear its own reflection.
