From Performance Governance to the Governance of Intelligent Civilization
For more than half a century, my professional work as a management consultant, researcher, and author has been guided by a single question:
How should humanity organize itself to achieve sustainable progress?

My earlier work focused on strengthening organizational governance through AI-assisted strategic planning, result-based performance governance, institutional accountability, strategic human capital development, and the responsible integration of artificial intelligence into organizational decision-making. That research progressively demonstrated that AI should not be viewed as a substitute for human leadership, but as an intelligent partner that enhances strategic thinking, evidence-based decision-making, continuous learning, and institutional performance.

As my research continued, however, it became increasingly clear that the challenges created by artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology, biotechnology, quantum technologies, and advanced digital networks extend far beyond organizational management.
