Glinda of Oz is a classic children's fantasy novel written by L. Frank Baum, the author of the beloved Wizard of Oz series. In this book, Glinda, the Good Witch of the South, sets out on a quest to save the land of Oz from destruction. Along the way, she teams up with a host of familiar characters, including Dorothy and the Scarecrow, as well as new friends like the wise and powerful Adepts of Magic. Together, they must navigate treacherous landscapes, battle fierce enemies, and solve complex puzzles in order to save Oz from an evil sorceress named Coo-ee-oh. With its vivid descriptions, engaging characters, and thrilling plot twists, Glinda of Oz is a must-read for fans of the Wizard of Oz series and anyone who loves a good adventure story. He started down a path and Ozma and Dorothy followed him without protest, as they wanted to see the most important person in this queer country. The houses they passed seemed pleasant enough and each had a little yard in which were flowers and vegetables. Walls of rock separated the dwellings, and all the paths were paved with smooth slabs of rock. This seemed their only building material and they utilized it cleverly for every purpose. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
