Ghetto Comedies is a 1907 novel by British author Israel Zangwill (1864-1926). Contents include: How I Found The Model, The Model's Story, The Picture Evolves, I Become A Sorter, Last Stage Of All, Anglicization, The Jewish Trinity, etc. Highly recommended for fans and collectors of Zangwill's seminal literature. Zangwill was a leading figure in cultural Zionism during the 19th century, as well as close friend of father of modern political Zionism, Theodor Herzl.
