The Role of the Health Self Help as Part of Patient Participation in the Context of 14of German Social Book V (Social Health Insurance)

What is the role of the participation of acteurs/institutions of health self help in the legal framework and political context of the collective self-governance of the German health care system ( 140f Social Book V)? Based on a qualitative mixed-method social research design the study is an explorative contribution to the cultural grammar of the process. Grounded in post-structural theory and guided by a set of hypotheses the study is open for new perspectives, but put the emphasis on ambivalences in the political game.
