Wir urteilen ununterbrochen. Über den Fremden im Café, über die Kollegin, über den Menschen, mit dem wir seit Jahren zusammenleben. Meist, bevor wir überhaupt hingesehen haben. Und einmal gefällt, lässt uns ein Urteil kaum wieder los, selbst wenn es längst nicht mehr passt.
Dieses Buch lädt zu einem Selbstversuch ein. Nicht zu dem unmöglichen Vorhaben, nie wieder zu urteilen, sondern zu etwas viel Spannenderem: einmal zu bemerken, wie schnell, wie früh und wie oft wir es tun. Was dabei sichtbar wird, verändert den Blick auf Streit, auf Beziehungen, auf die gro en Themen, bei denen wir uns so sicher sind.
Andreas Fiedler nimmt eine Idee, die als beiläufiger Vorschlag unter Studenten begann, und macht daraus eine kluge, oft überraschend komische Erkundung des eigenen Kopfes. Mit Beispielen aus dem Büro, der Liebe und dem ganz normalen Alltag, mit konkreten Übungen am Ende jedes Kapitels und ohne den erhobenen Zeigefinger.
Ein Buch für alle, die spüren, dass schnelle Gewissheit bequem ist, aber selten klug. Und die neugierig sind, was passiert, wenn man die Schublade einmal einen Spalt offen lässt.
