It is late at night. I am tired. Unexpectedly, I feel the urge to write.Amazed, I watch my hand write words
that do not come from my conscious mind. In wonder, I read the dense webs of words. They touch me in my very core. Every evening, for several weeks, my hand writes. Out of concern that I might miss something, during this time I also write down my own thoughts. They differ clearly from those that my hand writes on its own. When it ends, the sentence arises within me: Share it with the sisters.We move to Sweden. After living there for a year, the words arise within me:
who are in need.
It is late at night. I am tired. Unexpectedly, I feel the urge to write.Amazed, I watch my hand write words
that do not come from my conscious mind. In wonder, I read the dense webs of words. They touch me in my very core. Every evening, for several weeks, my hand writes. Out of concern that I might miss something, during this time I also write down my own thoughts. They differ clearly from those that my hand writes on its own. When it ends, the sentence arises within me: Share it with the sisters.We move to Sweden. After living there for a year, the words arise within me:
Look for the signs of the Mothers. We begin to search for them, to read, to piece things together. One day I suddenly know the pattern of the signs: The zero, one one, two twos, three threes, four fours, five fives, six sixes, seven sevens, eight eights, and nine nines.They form the shape of a triangle. I count how many signs there will be: 46 - the same as the number of chromosome pairs in the human genome. I am joyfully surprised and get goosebumps. Gradually, the nature and meaning of the basic numbers are revealed through a comparison of the corresponding traditions
of various peoples. As their inherent meaning becomes understandable to me, I try to paint the signs. In vain. Then, after several days, I remember the webs of words again that my hand had written more than three years earlier.A hunch arises within me that even the signs can be painted beyond the reach of my conscious mind. So, in the evenings after working on the farm, I set my painting supplies on the kitchen table, sit down before them, and wait. And after a while, my hand paints the first symbol.Again, one each evening, over several weeks, until all 46 signs have been painted as well as their corresponding reverse side. The symbols feel both strange and familiar to me. They carry a deeply moving power.
Again, I remember the words that were given to me. I dig them out. There are 46 of them.A surprised and incredulous joy wells up within me. Now we only have to find out which web of words belongs with which symbol.
This could take weeks ... Following an intuition, I spread the symbols and the word webs out on the floor.
And suddenly I am able to see the connection between one symbol and one of the word webs.
Somewhere within me in the borderland between consciousness and intuition - there is a deep certainty.
Then another pair, and another, until after an hour all the true words and all the true signs
have been matched together. A sentence arises within me: Share them with the sisters and bring them home.
An old woman confirms to us that these are true signs and true words of maternal power,
and also that our journey has already been prepared.In the weeks that follow, everything unexpectedly falls into place,
as if to confirm this announcement: people, things, places, and time.
A journey lasting several years begins, during which, in many different places, we form circles with women
and learn to understand ever more deeply the power of the words and the symbols.
We return to Germany to share, through the power of our mother tongue,
the knowledge entrusted to us and the wisdom of maternal power, and to invite into circles of devotion.
It takes years before we have organized and pieced together all the fragments we found.
And time and again it requires our trust and our patience that, at the right time, the paths will open
so that we may share the true words and the true signs with all those who carry within themselves the longing
to live in true community for the good of all beings.
Now the time is finally ripe...
