Algonquin College and ESL experts, with funding from The Canadian Red Cross, have created a new language-learning delivery model called the Community Language Support Program.

The program is a decentralized, place-based approach to language learning where community members teach English in ways that directly support the individual learner. It is done in the places and spaces they choose to live in and according to their schedule and preference for learning.
