Tunk.ai is live, has processed tens of thousands of AI calls, and has launched Anchor, its prompt-to-voice AI platform - but there's been no exit, no big raise, and thirty months of the founder's own money going in while very little comes back. This book is written from inside that uncertainty: the customer who threw a business card back in his face, the nights he couldn't pay his daughter's school fees, and the people - a wife who is also his co-founder, a friend who never got to read this book, engineers who kept building on deferred pay - who carried the vision forward with him.
