From Farming to Federal Prison is the personal memoir of author L V Eduardo and her husband. Though they were both drug users before they met, together they descended into heavy addiction, using marijuana, cocaine, and opioids. Their addiction grew together after they began their relationship. Eventually, they both had to face the consequences. Ultimately, both earned time for their drug use and drug possession. In this autobiography, Eduardo's unique voice and style contribute to the story of the realities of heavy drug addiction. Family issues, financial struggles, and issues with the law all come into play in this raw look at two people with drug addiction. Through each part of their lives, drugs played a part. In this work of captivating nonfiction, readers will be able to understand what a family struggling with addiction can look like through Eduardo's transparency.
