L'idea di scrivere questo frasario nasce dalla crescente richiesta dei traduttori, dizionari e necessità di comunicare e sopravvivere nelle differenze linguistiche e culturali tra questi due popoli che già dall'antichità avevano un forte legame, dovuto sia ad interessi commerciali che all'attrazione dalle diversità culturali.
Negli ultimi anni, L'Uzbekistan, che si sta sviluppando in un batter d'occhio, sta diventando sempre di più il punto strategico per le collaborazioni tra l'Unione Europea e l'Asia Centrale. Condizioni sempre più favorevoli per le collaborazioni con l'estero, stanno attirando sempre di più imprenditori italiani, interessati ad entrare in questo mercato, alle collaborazioni e a fare il proprio business, nonché l'interesse nella cultura e innumerevoli bellezze architettoniche, e non solo, dell'Uzbekistan attirano sempre di più l'attenzione degli italiani, popolo amante dell'arte. E si tratta di un interesse reciproco che coinvolge anche i giovani uzbechi che vogliono proseguire i propri studi in Italia ma la barriera linguistica rende l'integrazione più difficoltosa.
In tutto questo, la mancanza del materiale per lo studio della lingua italiana scritta in lingua uzbeca e viceversa, dei dizionari e compendi influisce tanto alla preparazione dei traduttori ed interpreti creando un forte disagio nei primi passi verso le collaborazioni in diverse sfere. Questo vuol essere un aiuto nei primi passi in affari e, un compagno fedele nei contatti quotidiani tra questi due popoli.
