When ten-year-old Gregor Tarrington connects with a talking pigeon who offers to fly the boy to every capital city, how can Gregor resist? Then Gregor mounts Little Joe and the two begin their fifty-city tour of every capital city. But Gregor's adventure takes on a new twist when he discovers little doors on some of the statues. On the other side of the door is a switch, and when Gregor snaps it on, the statue comes to life. Once Gregor and Little Joe find out these statues are part of a national security spy network, the two realize they can help stop a major threat to the country. Now their visitation to the capital cities becomes an effort to determine the threat and who is involved. Will they succeed?
