In this book you will find a collection of works that represent me as an individual. These pieces show my voice, style, and opinion in a multitude of genres. A persuasive piece that I have included is a letter to my teacher about my opinion on censoring books. This shows my voice because it truly expresses what I believe about censorship. An expository piece that I have included is titled My Relaxing Place, and it describes my favorite place to unwind after a stressful day. Another expository piece I have included is a heartfelt essay about my cousin. She is the same age as I am, and we share many memories together. In a way, this collection of various pieces of literature is a memoir that reflects my life.
