One genetic scientist has made the controversial proposal to reintroduce male sperm back into the breeding process. In order to obtain the votes needed to have this approved and implemented, she needs to present males before the Femeron Summit Council that can convince their leaders that males have evolved out of their sociopathic predisposition towards violence.
