Most diagnostic errors in heavy duty truck repair are measurement failures, not knowledge gaps. A technician who cannot measure cannot document, and one who cannot document cannot defend the work. The vehicle also ignores the boundaries a service manual draws between systems: a repeated wheel end failure can be lubrication, bearing adjustment, brake drag or alignment. Treat those as separate departments and you will replace the same part twice.
This handbook teaches the whole chassis from first principles. Every equation defines its variables and units, and every calculation is worked through to the answer. What it builds is the discipline of following a fault to its cause across system boundaries.

- Decide confidently on the electrified and connected vehicles arriving in mixed fleets.
